Wow. I never knew this is how it feels! I feel so thankful for everything and everyone. D; I can still remember that first day of High School.. awkward classmates. But in the end, it was all worth it. I can't wait to go to college.. only, I don't know WHERE to go for college.. or what course to take. Lol cheese.
So, it's the first week of the top 12. Here are my reviews on each performance (Just for the sake of putting something interesting on my blog. Lol)
Michael Lynche: He performed "Miss You", and as what famous AI blogger Lyndsey Parker said: "Big Mike managed to maintain the original song's slinky vibe while still sounding modern and relevant to today's pop marketplace."
Didi Benami: I liked her performance "Play With Fire", but I think she almost sounds the same every week.
Casey James: I actually liked his performance of "It's all over now". Good thing Kara didn't become a cougar this week. His performance was good and was really upbeat.
Lacey Brown: She sang the song "Ruby Tuesday".. Lol. I didn't feel her performance at all. It was boring and I think she's at risk for the eliminations tomorrow. D:
Andrew Garcia: His performance of "Gimme Shelter" was awesome. The prolonged note somewhere in there was magnificent.
Katie Stevens: Somebody please slap this girl and make her cry. She's terrible imo. She sang "Wild Horses", I think it should be "Wild Whores-es". xP
Tim Urban: He had a good performance with "Under My Thumb". Too bad the judges was so harsh on him. I liked his take on the song. :<
Siobhan Magnus: Win plz. I loved her performance of "Paint It Black" . Kara said it reminded her of Lambert. I liked the "dark" vibe during the entire song. But there was a too-screechy note near the end. Nevertheless, I think she was the best tonight.
I think I'll be posting my thoughts on the last four later. For now, I have to eat dinner 8D
So yeah, I decided to update my blog.. My last post was last September I think (?) Lol. Well, I do hope I can update more frequently.. considering the fact that I WILL be busier in college. Lol. So yeah, see ya and bookmark me! D:
